Stuck on loading page

hi im trying to log in the game for over 30 min ..i log with facebook and without and still not working im stuck on the loading page.Im using firefox
and never had that problem before. thanks

If you're still having issues with loading screen, please clear your browser cache and make sure you have latest flash installed. If you're still having issues with having stuck at loading screen please do not hesitate to let us know.
