Recipe for creating weapons is given for completing one of quests at early levels. You might have not finished this quest to obetain recipes for weapon creation.

hey there Ihit/zippy.... its the same problem that's going on with merciless crusher axe.... the one scheme allows you to create weapons for all three classes... In one of your previous replies (ihit) you said that the game was going to be releasing another quest that will give us the scheme because there are a pile of us with this issue... and we have been waiting for that quest for quite some time. an update on where we are at would be great.
