Title to this thread summarizes the issue - which I first noticed happening yesterday. Normally only an inconvenience, it became quite annoying today when I had a tracked monster battle after clearing a trap but before I could claim the pelt/fangs/meat. I lost all of those items since I had to re-load the screen. Looking forward to this glitch being repaired ASAP....
