profession item completion pop up

when my created items finish, they are popping up when i collected my gathered resouces from mines. Regardless of what time they were completed 10 min 14 min etc... Also this morning when i was fight garugg it didnt again. this is becoming very irritating can you check it out

it is doing it again. my items are completeing and not poppin up. they are poppin when im in battles or gathering resources at mines. it happened at sea battles too. to answer your question when i was trying to transfer it popped up.

Could you please provide screenshots (you can upload them in your gallery) and repro steps of exact materials you are creating as i was not able to get item creation pop-up's when collecting resources at mines. Thank you!
