Merciless crusher axe

I can purchase schemes for all merciless crusher equipment but i cannot buy the one for the axe (it is greyed out) says i need to do a level 4 quest (which i dont have available) yes i tried talking to the shaman (at fort giard)... not sure why i can purchase everything but the axe scheme... what am i missing?

Hello Sadistic Saint,

You haven't finished quest - 'Armor of Remarkable Strenght' is the reason you are not able to obtain this scheme.

all quests below level 11 have been completed 'armor of remarkable strength' isn't in my quest log... so i'm assuming that i have completed it or there is a glitch... any other suggestions?

Thank you for letting us know we are already looking into issue with you not being able to get weapon creation schemes quest.
