I equiped the phonotarus and it told me to use it after the skrag's health is below 30% but nothing happens and it doesn't let me use it, it let's me have an option to use it when its just in my backpack but it says it can't cast it on the current target, am i doing something wrong? i fought the monster at least 15 times and im positive the health was below 30% but still nothing. ">
