no reals

at 17:41:22 on terminal 404068 8/11/12 $20.00 was charged to my credit card and as of 20:43:34 there are no reals credited to my game account. it has never done this before and i was wondering why it is taking so long. even at this small of an amount it was immediate. can you please help me with this?
