The Load that never happens

When i try to log in it goes to black screen that says loading but it never loads just stays on screen that says loading.ive tried refreshing browser and even rebooting. ">. what can be done?

ive cleared cash and cookies and flash player is up to date.

Have you tried logging in with different browser to see if you still have the same issue?
