Could you please explain what do you mean by 'not working'? You cant use it, do you get any errors or is there a problem you are having with spell itself? It would be appreciated if you could provide more details about your issue. Thank you!

i click on the orb to use then hit spell and it does nothing and orb stays up on the top near my hp for ten levels the orbs have done nothing and waitting coins on them.

Which spell are you trying to use? As i use nos orbs on auto-cast and they seem to be healing me and disorienting enemy players from time to time perfectly fine when i use my hammer of order.

Might be because Fire Chain is a DOT spell, try it on Fireball.

Yes as already mentioned only basic spells will work with nosferatu orbs. As issue is resolved I'm closing the thread.
