i buy 30 essence of air from a friend Trin_LokiDottiR ,,and her gets the 30silver,,but the 30 air essence does not come to me,,and it leavse her inventory,,

I did trade 30 essence of air to artmisenteri earlier today. I do not have those 30 essence of air anymore but i do have 30 more silver. I do not know what happened to the essence of air but i do not have it any longer...can this get fixed?

After checking logs as far as i see trade went successfully and 30 essences were traded for 30 silver. Please double-check your backpack as well as tavern.

i dont hav th tavern,,an it is not here,,n ot in back,,not at screan wher th dragon is tellin me how much left i need t get,,the essence of air never came to me,,fix it
