i think its time to take it directly to mat wing himself , this is not funny @ all , we spent all this money and efforts to gain these offers by the game it self, and yet no results ( speaking of all factions and clans that is ) and we can't have our items activated ? we are not fools you know ? so please dont mistake our kindness and respect for a fools there are 1000s of online games out there and we are connected with emails (players as friends ) try to ban that lol , and yeas this is a warninng not a threat , so please for the last time we all are asking kindly to fix these problems so we all may have the fun that this game promissed us , thank you

I've contacted our programmers, and they are currently looking at our level 2 clans to identify what exactly is the issue. I know you've already waited for a while, but do not fear you will receive all the bonuses Altar has to offer!
