Hey guys, about 15 minutes ago I purchased 15 reels using pay pal. I've received the email from pay pal saying that the transaction was complete. However I still haven't got the reels in game. When I go to "missing reels" it says that they have been "collected" clearly not as I still only have 4 reels in my Bank.

I can prove with emails and screens shots and what not that this is the case. Just wondering how and when I will get these. Thanks.
