Where the heck are the guys I am supposed to speak with??

The following quests are, ah...incomplete for me because the guys I am supposed to speak with are, like....NOT THERE!!!! (wtf)"> These are the quests:

Finding Nilzar
The Smuggler
The protectors Guild

I can't finish those unless this issue with the missing characters is fixed. ">

Also, the bottom of my screen is cut off. "> Any Idea how to fix that? I would like to be able to use chat...

Hello Darthnair,

All of us have completed these quests so i can assure the npc's are there!
Regarding bottom of your screen being cut-off. Are you using Internet Explorer? If yes try turning off status bar (View->Status Bar). If you are using any other browser please make sure your Adobe Flash player is up to date - you can get latest version of Flash here: внешняя ссылка
