Insignia Mana Regeneration For Hero of the Empire 1000

Hi, I was informed that this Insignia was available to anyone who had 1000 points of Hero of the Empire. However I have not seen it in the shop, even with available unchecked. Is it lost? ">

Hello Sykpnyc,

Currently Insignias available in shop are for 3000 , 7000 and 16'000 Hero of Empire reputation.

simple insignias are available at 1k under the glyph tab but there glitched atm and more like a handicap on ur team then help
