clan statue !!

As mentioned through in-game chat I'm already looking into your issue as i see Statue was indeed purchased. Could please try to use your Clan Altar and see if you can receive any buffs from it. Both of you please try to do so and report back to me in this thread.
hi there :) , i tried to use the altar , still nothing , no buffs from it , do we have to purchase both statues ? if thats the case ?

Each statue should be giving several 'buff' options depending on statue purchased. Is there a statue in your Clan Hall after you did purchase it?

negative , no buffs @ all :( and cant see them either only on my player info dispaly backround , but we cant see them in the clan hall , also cant use the furnitures to make meetings :(
the only active item ? is the clan chest so far
Thank for providing all the screenshots and information as it will definitely help speeding up the process of fixing the issue with Statues/Vaalor Pennant not offering any buffs.
