I’ve been purchasing Reals in small amounts since I began playing the game. I noticed that if 300 reals was purchase in one transaction, you can acquire some collections items. I decided to purchase 300 reals using paypal, however I did not receive them.

All previous transactions have been fine. I’m guessing that it could be a security issue with a relatively large purchase?

I’d appreciate it if you could look into the matter. If it is to do with security I understand and if it requires a waiting time before the reals are deposited into my account. I started playing less than a week ago, which may be a cause for not receiving the large transaction?

I've excluded the paypal transaction ID. I have sent a separate email to support@dragoneternity.com with the ID enclosed, but just wanted to get a bit more coverage on the forums, in case it is overlooked.

I'm looking forward to purchasing some items off the auction house. Thanks for your time and hope to hear from your team soon on the matter.

UPDATE----

I've looked into my reals purchase history and it appears the $300 reals purchase is on hold for the time being. It's being reviewed to make sure there is no fraud involved - understandable. A guardian I spoke to said it can take up to 72 hours, so I will wait until then and hopefully all goes well. I've provided my photo ID and the receipt of purchase to the Devs to hopefully speed things along.
