Choosing a Dragon, Mock Battles

Not sure why but I cant use the mock battles to choose my dragon. I cant select male or female of any of the dragons, unable to click on any of them. I thought maybe it was firefox but then I tried using IE and I get the same thing. I then thought maybe its my laptop but I have tried on the pc's at work and its the same thing. I have reset IE and enabled pop ups and still the same thing. I cant select any of the male or female dragons and the select dragon and trial combat buttons are greyed out.

Thraka,

As far i am aware , Mock Battles should be working perfectly fine for everyone and from level 1. I'd like to suggest updating your Adobe Flash Player to newest version here: внешняя ссылка , as Mock Battles are working without any problems for me on firefox and it is possible to click on any of Dragons, choosing one of them allows to fight it in mock battle.
Thanks Ihit, have dowloaded and updated latest flash player from the link, unfortunately still the same. Im starting to think its just me being stupid but its pretty straightforward right ? click to select dragon and click mock battle ? Just wont work for me. All buttons greyed out and I cant select any of the dragons ....
I have made screenshot specially for you as I've tried it and still works fine. You should be able to click one of dragons in those circles and button 'Trial Combat' should be available when one of them is chosen.

If you're still not able to choose one for your mock battles , try clearing your browser cache first it that doesn't help - please send few screenshots detailing the issue what happens when you try to click on of dragons to support@dragoneternity.com
had a look at your screenshot, I cant click , select or highlight any of the dragons. Have tried a few things with firefox, disabled and enabled certain addons and so on but still nothing. I give up.
Thraka,

I know this might be a little bit frustrating for you , but could try and see if you are able to fight in mock battles if you use Google Chrome browser and report back in this thread?
Oki will do Ihit, just downloaded netscape navigator and tried mock battles but still the same result.
I dont know .... maybe its a problem with my flash installation. Same thing with Google Chrome.
As stated in my previous post same with Google Chrome. Thinking maybe the flash installation but have reinstalled the update a number of times so im at a loss now. Thanks for all your help Ihit.
Thanks again Ihit , have emailed support with screen shots and a description of everything I have tried.
Really strange have just tried it on IE on another computer in my office and its exactly the same. All using windows xp prof with service pack 3 installed , could it be the service pack messing with it somehow ?
Ihit please forgive me I have been a utter complete and total dumbass, i realise now why it wasn't working for me. Its all good now thanks I managed to eventually find my dumbass way to the right place. Again most humble apologies and thanks for all your help.
