ProctectorExperienced Protector Reward Bags

I just bought all the pieces for Proctector/Experienced Protector collections and used both of the bags. I saw nothing change so I looked at the wiki page for what comes in the bag. I have double, even triple checked my bag and tavern room and yet do not have any of the rewards. Is there a bug with the bags or something?

and you have got Powerful Elixir of Life and other reward from bags.
