problem with "gone with the wind" quest

i got the quest and it tells me to use the speculum to find missing papers, but i never received the speculem from prior quest. it is most definitly not in my backpack">

Hello warriors wolfhunter84 and MoNKeY12th,
quest asks You to find pages, each one in different location. You have to look in the location screen and hover over page with cursor to collect it. Look carefully!
