i just repaired my trap went to use it and it has disappeared from my backpack.

if You don't have trap in your backpack try reloading the game page.
If trap is still missing in backpack, try to place a trap and see if You have to buy new or can use the "missing one".
Professions are sill in beta. Sorry for inconvenience.
