you got valor and not gladiator reputation points, you gather them by completeing gladiator colection, finishing in one of first 3 places in tournament of honour or by some quests later

Im a bit confused then because somehow i managed to get 10 gladiator reputation and that was just after my first fight in the Arena of Honor. I havent recieved or exchanged anything from the gladiator collection so I dont know how that happened.
