Now that I can log in, it keeps saying it's time to collect the daily gift. But when I try, an error pops up. Is anyone else having this issue?

i just hit collect my 20 silver gift and it said error i didn't get my money and a days ago i didn't get my real it skipped from 20 silver to 5 silver why? i log in every day
