Flawless Orb of Vampirism
I purchased Flawless orbs of vampirism and the heal rate is inconsistent. It will either heal with the appropriate percentage according to damage done or with damage done it will not heal at all. Please don't tell me this is an expected game behavior as there is nothing in the description saying that there is a chance of healing effect.
Increases damage of your next attack by 26%, and 17% of damage done is returned as health.
Only one orb can be used at a time.

first I would like to mention that enemies can reflect spells and dodge/block physical attacks therefore no healing is done through damage, second Orb of Vampirism heals up to stated percent of damage done, number can fluctuate by a small margin.
