The Quests were COMPLETED

Ok I finished three quests "> ((Find Trigar's ribbon by slaying Plague Grohls [5], Talk to Crown-Legate Crimm about item class abilities, and Slay Sluggish Cadavers until you find Aldirs' Relative [5] )) Now here the problem....its not letting me claim the reward! Can someone please fix this??? ">

first of all make sure You have completed the quest and on left side of screen You have a yellow circle around the quest giver with check mark . Also please make sure You have the latest flash player installed (внешняя ссылка and also Your Internet browser is up-to-date for the best game performance.
Try to log out and reload Internet browser. Please write me if the problem persists.
