I bought three reals. I used 1.5 of them and got 1g and 50s. The 1.5 reals I had left disappeared. Why? Can I please be refunded?

Hello warrior Duke2 once more, we were able to check some information regarding Your problem and it appears that You have exchanged 1.5 Reals for 1.5 Gold two times, that equals 3 Reals for 3 Gold.

? I only saw one transaction of 1.5 golds.

What you might be seeing is the first transaction I did which was 1 real. That one I changed to gold and it worked fine. However when I spent 3 reals I only changed 1.5 not the full 3.

If in fact I did change the 3 reals in for 3 golds then I repeat I only saw 1.5; may I be refunded the other 1.5?

Warrior Duke2, You have exchanged 1.5 Reals for gold two times receiving 3 Gold in total, we have it on log server. We don't refund items or gold/reals when cause is player's decision to reverse his/her own actions.
