One of my clannies brought this to my attention. Plaz is looking at leveling his lightening spell from level 5 to level 6.
The level six spell costs more mana but has no other upgrades. The damage stays the same. I checked all of the other spells and they all have upgraded damage, except this one.

thank You for bringing this to our attention, unfortunately it's a typo. Don't be discouraged to obtain and use a higher level spell as "Lightning V" spell does 11-15 points of damage (from stated 8 -12), tooltip will be corrected asap.
