Tournament Magic Bug
When I was fighting in the Tournament earlier today, my Wave II spell was returning very inconsistent results. When doing, for example, 240 damage to my opponent one time i would receive a +17 heal and the next time I would receive a +40 heal. This was in all rounds of the tournament, including the qualifying round. The opponents I was fighting when this was happening had on nothing but an Elixir of endurance and an orb of strength or life so i know it wasn't anything they had on that was affecting the heal percent which is stated as 18%.
Most of percentages given by spells are average, also depending on level of the enemy.
like administrator Ihit previously stated - healing/damage can (and will) fluctuate in both PvE and PvP, I've seen this myself and it's considered an expected game behaviour.

Item Description
Damages the current opponent with Water magic, exceeding damage from melee weapons by 45-62 points. Restores the caster's health by 18% of damage done.
Uses 104 mana. Takes entire turn.
Please make the spell work as stated in the description or change the description, preferably make it work as described since chaos whip gives a chance at a 100% heal and does as much as 600 damage at my level.
BTW I was fighting in Tournament yesterday and did damage in the 440's 3 different times with Water magic spell and got a +4 heal and in the 220's 4 different times for a +2 heal
