I have checked trade logs for your yesterdays deal between you and Deamoni, however i see that no Award Ribbon was present in the deal. It might be just a misunderstanding so I'd suggest talking with Deamoni to see if he would be willing to give you Award Ribbon or your money back. If he would refuse to trade your money back or give the promised item, contact us and we will react according to the rules.

I tried to discuss the issue with the player involved by sending the following text:

@22:20 Windlass > Deamoni: I wrote in the bug section of the forum about our trade glitch here is the link with thier reply could you look at it and tell me what you want to do?

The player did not reply

Can something now be done to deal with this?
