i have won an item (66pieces) for "price for 1 pc.:11copper" that actually did cost me 65 silver instead of 7silver 26 copper
have proof of this as a picture if needed,
hope it will be sorted out on my side
and either others won't have this problem anymore

could you please specify the date of the transaction? If you have purchased essences today, they will appear in your backpack later, as transaction takes time, it is not instant
