I can't get onto the game

I was playing continually for a few hours when the game froze and the screen went white with an exclamation point in the middle. i refreshed the browser and now when i click enter game it stays on a black screen saying loading, but it doesn't load. i have shut down any programs i had open, i have cleared cookies, and refreshed the browser Google chrome many times. What should i do?

It happened to me too 2 days in a row. I sent a ticket to GM trying to get explanation for it. I thought maybe I was being punished for something I didn't know about. The first time that happened to me took approx. 1 hour "loading" before i get back into the game. Today however, its more than an hour loading and iam still waiting.

Luckily (and touch wood it wont happen again) but i got back into the game half an hour after i posted this. Not sure if it had something to do with Shockwave, coz that game up saying it crashed, and if that crashes i have to reload it. So it might be a problem with that. I hope this has helped :)
