i accidently misclicked while trying to move my 49 sparks to the auction hosue this was clearly a mistake and i immediatly asked for a guradian to help with this matter. i was told sry nothing we cna do...i then contacted hideki who was alson online at the time and was told imo very rudely it was youre mistake not games no refunds! and thats a quote. i mean cmon 49 sparks of inceptions? thats alot of time there to get those back. over 3-5 gold as well. i think that a simple mistake should be forgiven as long as its not a reoccurring thign i can understand that but first tiem soemone makes aqmistake and youre too busy to look into it and help a person out? AND YOU EXPECT someone to want to PAY money fromt his point on? you keep yorue 49 sparks and ill keepm my real money! wonder if its worth it to you in the long run! i find youre hideki to be very rude short and uncompassionate to a player not to mention i feel like he jsut didnt wanna be bothered by me thats my opinion to be honeest!
