Last night I was going to farm for some wheat. According to the map, there are 25 plots available at my level. So I purchased 25 packets of Wheat seed. I moved around the map going from green spot to green spot. Planted everywhere I could. When I was done, I realized I had 4 packets of seeds leftover. I checked every city location twice to make sure that I had not missed any, and that there were none that were not marked on the map. I found none. The upshot is the map should say XX/21 not 25.
