keep getting error message when trying to sell stuff so i can move then the stuff disappears but it still says too much in the pack

PerinsFalcon, please refer to the capacity counter of your backpack. You can find the weight: xx/20 right under the tabs in the top-right corner of your backpack. If your backpack is not indicated as full and you still can not move, please send us some screenshots to support@dragoneternity.com.
