Can't kick from clan

I gave 2 members that were not working out in our clan the boot yesterday, they disappeared from clan chat tab, but can still chat in clan chat and still show as members of our clan. I tried again today with the same results. I chose to exclude them from clan by clicking the red "x" in member list and then clicked "apply changes" but their name is still in the members list. Any ideas?

iron gator and WEYAH.......In addition to not being able to completely kick these two, member NSOAD has been kicked from clan by the game, not us and we ask that he be put back in clan.......thx

thx for taking care or Iron Gator and Weyah, that prob is good, however NSOAD is still not in our clan chat list, he does still show as a member of the clan in members list and has the appropriate logo on his info page....can you take care of that also? Thx

are you sure NSOAD has not disabled the clan chat tab?
