CLAN Memebers not appearing in clan list

ra1ph was my member and he doesnt appear in my clan members at all and when you view the charackters info the rank of the mebers doesnt appear too please fix it thank you good admins best wishes tnx">

ladynadine,
please double check that all necessary procedures to join the clan were performed correctly, as according ti our logs, ra1ph was never a member of your clan.

oh my god:( he was a member i did how can i kick him out dear when he wasnt a member or in my list:(then when i view his info the invite option wanst there so what can ralph do?tnx for replying dear:)more power

hmmm... "as according ti our logs, ra1ph was never a member of your clan."
1 gold was deducted from my purse and the clan logo appears before my name.
I can't quit clan because i can't access the clan members page. Perhaps there's another way to quit a clan besides from the Clan Members page?
