I purchased stuff from the auction .. but it never showed up in backpack

Heaven's Voice: You have purchased at auction: Quartz (66 pieces). Spent: 225. i bought two lots at this price... and only have 11 in my BP... please check the logs and correct?

Dear Mudacon,
Items purchased on auction and the funds for the sold lots DO NOT appear in your backpack/wallet immediately.
"When the timer expires, the item you purchased will be automatically placed in your backpack in an hour's time. If you want to receive it sooner, select item in the "My Bids" tab and click "Collect".
