Auction Sales - Not Received Gold

I have just checked my sales in AH and I have sold over 10g worth today yet my balance has not gone up at all. Can you please look in to this and credit me what I believe I am due.

according to our logs, all transactions went trough correctly. Please note, same as items, money does not come in to your account instantly. Also, you might receive slightly less gold, that expected, due to auction fees and trading taxes, you can find more information here:
