Prepaid VisaMastercard

I've recently got some prepaid credit cards as gifts and I wanted to buy some reals but for some reason the game will not accept the credit cards. I have checked to make sure that the cards do in fact have money on them so I'm wondering if there is a way to use the cards. Anyone have any ideas?
