When I Finished up the 200 Wind Essences. I went onto the next part of the chain where I need to kill so many Ring Leaders. I was in battle and using my Flawless Glyph of Life, on me and by accadent. The dragon. I killed all of the Ring Leaders and finished the quest. I needed to buy more Glyphs of life so i did and Attempted to equip them. I saw there was a "1" still on the image in my backpack. It was still on cooldown. Im not sure if this is related to the quest but I have never had that problem before until after I fought the Ring Leaders part of the quest chain.. I have a Photo but not sure how to put it up.
