Not Getting Garuug

Hello. I just wanted to ask if you could fix a bug I have I am not getting garuug at all and I am fight monsters around my lvl and only getting copper from them not even silver so could you plz fix and I would appreciate that.

One thing to look at would be your group level. If you were in a group with a player of higher level, the group level is used to determine what money drops you receive. As for Garuug, as long as you are active and moving, you should get him every couple of days.
