fault on Heavy Mark of Fury II, need it fixed

had this made for me, and now i cant trade it
its non transferable,
please fix this

Light Mark of Fury II Light Water Reflection Mark II Light Air Reflection Mark II Parcel of Vitality III Parcel of Strength III all that marks are suddenly non tranferable, while other players are able to sell them in AH.

Fix that! Thanks
