I did not get kill credit

I got a kill due to effect damage, deep wound arrow I think, after I died. better described like this
he hit me and I died and he took a lethal amount of damage before another attack can be had against him.
however I did not get credit for the kill in any quest or in roa point board!

3 kills should equal 6 point not 4
