for some reason when I refresh the game the game keeps acting as if I was still in the game even after an hour of the game being closed... I get the outer frame but that is it. such as like this. I have tried to get back on with several different platforms and even devices.I have logged out, cleared my computer cache, switched platforms and even tried to use my tablet to get back into the game... nothing seems to work!

the picture shows that the main body of the game is black while the outline screen boarder is there... basically right before you see your name, exp and such, gold and such, and chat appearing
