Browser or mobile device and does it occur every time?

Seems to be a common problem. It happened to me during war and it takes a while to refresh, time you don't really have in the time-shortened war combat.

It's still happens to me when I neph twice I need to refresh to use any commands or spells it's all faded out. Not all the time but sometimes on browser
