Drago Slayer I achievement

Yesterday I killed at least 7 dragons and got credit for 3. Today I have been at 19/20 and recall killing 6. I like watching achievements, but this one has me frustrated

Also just noticed none of the skeletar kills have counted today either

What level were dragons? Lower than you/your dragon level?
