Loving Heart Akrams not working

I cannot get these to work even though other players can use them on me I am unable to return the favour as they remain greyed out even with a full mana bar - I raised a bug report but as yet have not heard back and losing time to get any collection pieces. Yes I know I need to select a player of the opposite sex and also need to have enough mana to use it but nothing I do seems to activate them.

Ihit,

No just in normal witcher gear that shows me as a female - I did wonder initially if that was the problem with other players that they looked male and were not but as I said if they could use the akrams on me then surely I should be able to return the favour.

Trongster was unable to use his hearts on me today, even though I was using mine on him in the same fight. Maybe witchers just don't love zerks enough? ">

Storm Kat,

Tried them on all 3 classes so chalked it up to another thing DE wont give me a break on - VG collections pieces, last blue piece for 7B collection, etc, etc. Lol - only kidding.
