Still gaining Experience with Halo of Permanence III on....

I'm not sure why this is happening, but I gained experience while having Halo of Permanence III active. It was acting like Halo of Permanence II. Very upsetting.

As Storm Kat already mentioned if you have any buffs that give increase in experience you'll get that exp regardless if you have Halo on you or not.
