Achievements - Reputations - Protectors

I have Diligent Protector, Experienced Protector, Elite Protector.
In my math that is 3. In DE math, under Collector: Protector I, I have 1/10

On a side note - on mobile, I can drag the achievement name to clan chat from the achievements tab. Is there anyway to do this on pc yet?

As far as #2 goes not yet but will suggest that it might get added in future. As far as #1 goes assuming you completed all these three collections after introduction of achievements right?

Ihit,
Pretty certain that you have to cash in after achievements were launched to get credit, as I didn't have the Experienced until recently, even though I have previously handed in many quests.
