Tell him to go to main log in page, and enter his facebook details, that should get him in :)

I cannot get into game either. My characters are missing V_engeance, KStaley, Silly Goose....I've cleaned history and cache..now what? Please help! I log in via facebook.

Is he still having troubles getting into the game? Also is his facebook account linked to his game account?

He is no longer having issues at this time.....his Facebook act is linked to his game act. He talked to someone in support via googleplay and they fixed the issue
