Level 50 Threat to the Sky Horse Quest Chain

I was just doing Offensive Reconnaissance quest in this chain and i think i lost it when game server got down today as i was clicking claim to this one and now i cant see it or next one avaliable for me. I can still see the main quest to finish all the quests but not the actual quest to work with. can someone please check this for me? Thank you :)

Check level 50 quests you have in your quest book.

Other then sea protector quest;
I have:

Fighting the Assassins,
Scarce Hides (Which i think is associated with Fightingthe Asassins main one),
Threat to the Sky Horse.
